Waited over two and a half weeks for verification of a trust account being established. No one in the branch can or will answer any questions. Even when corporate is contacted for the inability for this branch to return phone calls. Taking our family business and vehicle financing anywhere but this horrible example of a financial institution.

One of the worst banks i have ever had an account with. You try to dispute something and they tell you no pretty much they aren’t going to do anything about it. Then 3 months later they put everything on hold with no notice to you. Can’t pay bills. Can’t even pull out any of my available money and no one will give you any kind of information as to what is even going on. I am livid.
