- BWbrad wethingtonJan 5, 20261.0Only one banker on a Monday!!!! I needed to do a transfer but the app wasn't working. I went to this location and waited almost 2hrs to see the banker. The desk clerk couldn't do the transfer for some reason. I will be moving my money from this bank.

I needed to cash a check that was from their facility and they told me I had to open an account to cash it.. forcing someone to open an account to cash a check must be how they still have customers because no way people actually want to bank here. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It is difficult for me to take the time during the week (since I'm working) to visit the bank between 9 and 5. As a customer with a business account, these hours make it tempting to find a bank that works WITH my schedule instead of expecting me to put my business on hold because they have restrictive hours.
