- KKKAMJul 17, 20255.0First Florida Credit Union in nearby Pembroke Park, Florida is a great institution for all my banking needs. Branch Manager Ian welcomed me on day one, explained the various services and products available and signed me up as a member. When l wanted a HELOC, Rona gave me detailed info so that l could make an educated decision. Carolyn would patiently and repeatedly explain things that occurred with my account. When l became a business owner, Jackie and Dillion explained the account details and set it up for me. Whenever l visit the CU, Debbie and the other tellers always great me in a warm and professional manner, it's almost like I'm family. You are the GOAT FFCU, you rock!!!!

The staff is very discourteous and unprofessional and provide false information when questioned about their business practices. After a five minute conversation (and hearing the customer ahead of me argue about unauthorized fees on her account) it was clear this bank was not a good place to build a relationship. I would not recommend going here with your money unless you want it taken from you!!!
