- SSStevenDec 26, 20255.0I dealt with sandy today. I had issues with a payroll check being held and the funds not being released. I had called customer service and got no where at all sat on hold for 45 mins and no help. Went into branch office and Sandy was so kind and sweet she was able to get my deposit all cleared up. She took her time explaining everything to me. I walked in really mad. And she still in my eyes went way above what was needed. She really made my day great after her helping me. THANK YOU SO MUCH SANDY. im very grateful you were working today.
