I ended up talking to another very friendly staff member and was able to briefly discuss my current financial needs. She gave amazing advice! Advice that I felt like I should know or be paying for! Thank you so much ladies! Definitely an amazing PNC branch!

I came in the branch at 4:30 to open my new account and get new debit cards. Well the old lady and some guy working behind the counter said it wasn’t enough time to do that. I don’t feel entitled, or anything but a little old fashion customer service would have been nice. Like I’m sorry you’re having a problem, we’ll see what we can do, yeah big no on the customer service. All I got is we close at 5 and nobody is gonna stay a few minutes past to help you.
