I decided to walk into a branch I’ve never been in to but it’s conveniently close to my office. Kasandra Downie was amazing. She actually opened the door for me and welcomed me in. Walked me through the issue (potential fraud) and provided a detail breakdown of steps to follow after today to avoid this issue in the future. She was prompt, informative and attentive. Never experienced bed-side-manner at a bank but I felt like she was in complete control of the situation. I will be returning and recommending people to this branch. I usually use the branch on US 1, near Wedgewood and they are not pleasant at all. I will be using the Palm City branch from now on! Great customer service!!! 😃
