  I opened a CD and my transfer into the CD didn’t go in the day my other bank said it would . That’s not my issue my issue is the banker never contacted me to let me know so I thought for over a month that my CD was open and collecting interest when in fact it had not. Not to mention that there is never a banker in there when you need one. You could have one person in the teller line and it takes 20 minutes to get in and out of there.

  They just want to make life more complicated. I was asked that I had to come inside the bank to withdraw money instead of doing on the drive through because of “the amount”. It wasn’t even a lot of money and I had withdrawn a larger amount from other locations before with no problems. They said because they can capture me on camera while I’m in the building so what are you saying? And even that, you do have camera on the drive through or you’re telling me that it’s not working? When I asked them so what is your limit for people to withdraw money on drive through. They were like “oh I can’t tell you because of security purpose”. So I’m a customer and you can’t tell me your location’s policy? Or if it’s even a thing?

  Came In for a new debit card and was greeted with smiling and kind faces. Yosef helped me and he was the most kind and professional person I’ve spoken to there. He’s fast and knowledgeable. This is my favorite location to visit when I need anything!
