  11 o’clock on a Monday and only one person working until and three other people just sitting there staying around while there’s a line out the door ridiculous. Terrible management work more people so that we don’t have to stand in line and wait to give you our money doesn’t make any sense. I’ll go somewhere else and deposit my money thanks.

  Apparently you can’t use a passport for an ID here which is the first time in over 6 states. Current customer, multiple accounts, and an up to date passport. Doesn’t matter they aren’t interested in helping. Great bank just bad location. They could use some education about federal forms of ID. Especially since a passport replaces 2 forms of state ID mail etc.

  disrespectful, bank tellers, and staff work here, my husband left his card in the machine he had an emergency, they said their was no card left in the machine wouldnt help him said he had to make an appointment in order for him to help him told him to go way on sarno road to get help, PNC on sarno road could not believe this PNC bank was that rude like that. This was suspicious and unacceptable

  First time going was very horrible,bad customer service both women there and one being the manger,was very rude to me and did not want to give me a money exchange for old bills,treat customers with very bad attitudes over nothing and threaten to call the police on me over nothing,I been a PNC customer for 6 years now and this was my first bad experience,I filled a complaint to HR and I want to see both women fired ASAP!

  Very rude front desk lady. Ended up walking out. No reason to be rude if you’re having a bad day
