  The customer service is so awesome I love that when you come in you are welcome with respect and love . Want to give a big shout out to Sheria for helping me out ,didn’t have an attitude was just very happy to help me thank you so much .

  Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Exchange rates are not so competitive but great place for everyday banking.

  People are wonderful but the company is an embarassment. Do yourself a favor and go with anything else. First and only bank that's ever denied fraud claims just bc they can. No reasoning, no process, no appeal. Just tell you no and deal with it. Simple google will find a hundred better banks around.

  Clerk said that they did not do wire transfers on the weekend but calling 4 other PNC banks in the area they all said they can initiate it on the weekend. This was after waiting in line for the bank to open, was turned down immediately.
