- JBJesse BellopedeApr 25, 20255.0I went there today to get my new debit card as my old one was about to expire and I no longer lived at the old address my new card would be sent to. The teller (I think his name was Brian) was very friendly and professional and was able to help me determine if a new card has already been activated and sent to the wrong address and then he was able to issue me my new one, no problem. He also discussed some credit card options with me but wasn't overbearing or pushy about it. I've never had a negative experience at any PNC and that still holds true to this day. There's a reason I've been with PNC since I was 15 years old. I don't know where they go to hire their tellers but every location I've been to, this one included, have the best tellers and customer service of any major chain bank (although Navy Federal is a close second).
