  Who has ever heard of a “cashless bank”? This is absolutely crazy! I drove 15 to 20 minutes to get to this bank to withdraw money only to find out they have an ATM inside the bank drive-through. You are also limited as to how much you can withdraw in a day. I needed cash but more than the $2,000 they allow. After calling several other cashless locations, I was able to find a bank about 30 minutes in the other direction. PNC, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. You have my money, but I can’t get to it!

  HORRIBLE. UTTERLY HORRIFIC. Worst bank I've ever dealt with unfortunately. PNC Bank continues to threaten to close our account for no reason other than that I haven't logged in? Then when my wife went they refused to help her. AVOID THIS AWFUL BANK. I've sent emails to William S. Demchak the CEO. Next step? I'm filing a $100 million lawsuit against PNC Bank on behalf of myself. I'm a litigation attorney of over 31 years and I have a 95% success rate. As one Fortune 500 company attorney said to me, "Our of 8 billion people on this planet, they messed with the wrong guy." I will donate the $100-500 million winnings to the ministry or our church. Pray for us as we will spend the next 5 years in litigation all the way to trial. Look forward to deposing every single person at this branch.

  I am so happy to read the reviews here. It has convinced me what I am suspecting. It has been three days and I still have no answer about opening an account here. They claim they have to send it to the legal department. Thanks to the reviews I have read about this bank...I am going to a different bank that can give me the answers I need and the service I need.

  They don't have cash here. They also charge 7$ for a replacement debit card! Never get charged any other location. Don’t waste your time here

  I have my salary deposit into PNC, I have CC from PNC, I have a loun with PNC and yet, they refused to print a single e-check paper, and they let me drove home to print it and come back. This is ridiculous
