I have had a very poor experience with this branch. About 6 weeks ago, Kristin reached out me and left a voicemail saying she wanted to connect about my account. I called back, thinking there was a problem with the account, and was told Kristin left for the day and that "if there was problem with the account Kristin would have told us before she left." 2 weeks later Kristin called back regarding my small business account. She wanted a meeting to offer a better rate on my savings account. We scheduled a virtual meeting for the following week. Kristin never showed up and never called or emailed to say she couldn't make it. I called the branch a few days later to ask to speak with the branch manager to complain about being called out of the blue, asked to reserve time, and then have that time wasted. I was told the branch manager was in a meeting, but would call me back. That never happened and it was 4 days ago. This is the most unprofessional conduct I have experienced with any PNC branch to the point where I am considering closing my account.

I am so happy to read the reviews here. It has convinced me what I am suspecting. It has been three days and I still have no answer about opening an account here. They claim they have to send it to the legal department. Thanks to the reviews I have read about this bank...I am going to a different bank that can give me the answers I need and the service I need.
They don't have cash here. They also charge 7$ for a replacement debit card! Never get charged any other location. Don’t waste your time here

I have my salary deposit into PNC, I have CC from PNC, I have a loun with PNC and yet, they refused to print a single e-check paper, and they let me drove home to print it and come back. This is ridiculous

Go to any other location than this one. The staff here will do anything to make sure they don’t help you with your transaction.
