  Got a call this morning to call the bank. 34 mins on hold so I came in to see what was going on. I met with a lady named Bridget. She was the most helpful , rudest person I’ve ever ran across in this bank. She didn’t wanna hear anything I had to say or what my concern were. She grab my debit card out of my hand , and told me I needed to get my husband on the phone. This is a joint account! No problem getting him on the phone . She continued to treat me like I was second class and hands me my debt card back and says nothing! That’s some great customer service there! . We have always had the best experience in this branch. After this , we will be working on banking somewhere else.

  Ahh yes!! PNC bank!! The bank ripe with ineptitude and will cash checks to their clients that forge signatures and have no issue with fraud. Woohoo!! Come on folks!! Get yourself a bank account here where this bank says screw it to laws and policies and cash checks worth thousands of dollars without bothering to see if the Check actually belongs to their client or get this-even follow the two signature verification process. Your “client” in Ormond Beach on Bareback Trail received a check that was mailed to the wrong address & not issued to him but was able to forge my sons signature and the thousands of dollars was released to him without question. Seeing that the check wasn’t issued to the PNC account holder PNC didn’t even bother with the two signature verification process as laid out by law . No. He just signed my sons name and They just gave him the money! We have a copy of the Check so we know what PNC did and clearly didn’t do. Police reports filed but now, after the pain & stress you you caused my son having to delay his entire life after you so recklessly and lawlessly issued the money to a criminal without even following basic policies , I’m now more interested in You. So, if you’re a criminal and like to forge and cash checks this is the bank for you. Bring on the fraud!! I’m sure they’ll enjoy the blowback, as per their own words-It’ll take them three years to investigate instead of issuing back the money that was stolen. Can’t wait to learn just how many violations this is. See my last name? It’s the same last name as my son that filed a report with you . I’d suggest you find it. Consider yourselves notified.

  I was having trouble with transactions that were made on my card that I did not do. Money was being taken out of my account. Not only was everyone at the front desk, very courteous and generous, but my wait time was short. I was in and out, got a new card, got the money put back into my account, all in 20 minutes. Thanks to the great staff and and especially Jeff Serrette The Branch Banker. So if you ever go PNC on Granada Boulevard, I would highly recommend speaking with him! Thank you all, I appreciate it.
