- EGEric GarzioDec 1, 20255.0I was having trouble with transactions that were made on my card that I did not do. Money was being taken out of my account. Not only was everyone at the front desk, very courteous and generous, but my wait time was short. I was in and out, got a new card, got the money put back into my account, all in 20 minutes. Thanks to the great staff and and especially Jeff Serrette The Branch Banker. So if you ever go PNC on Granada Boulevard, I would highly recommend speaking with him! Thank you all, I appreciate it.
