  Amazing! Felicia’s office located downtown may be a bit challenging to find in CoWork space of Industrious, but there’s usually always front desk receptionists and a Kiosk to check in at. They also have Happy Hour every Thursday! Felicia was able to assist me when I came in with no appointment with all the tax questions I had regarding my retirement income and my old home that I sold last year. She mentioned the home exclusion sale gain tax benefit that I could be eligible for! I’m definitely having her file my taxes, as she is an Credentialed Enrolled Agent to practice before the IRS and she’s an expert in Taxation!

  I picked the downtown Orlando Turbo Tax office for my 2025 tax preparation because it had nothing but 5 star reviews. (Red Flag Warning!). Felicia Pierre states in the introduction to herself, that she is "dedicated to providing a seamless and stress free filing experience." Well, that was not my experience and I didn't even make it through the door. Finding the building was not the problem, finding the office was. Turbo Tax was not listed in the building directory. A local police officer even tried to help locate the office for me. Finally a nice man passing in the lobby directed me to the correct floor. I needed to find office 37 & 36. I thought that was odd until I stepped on to the floor. The "offices" consisted of approximately 60 glass enclosures, big enough to fit a desk, three chairs and a small bookcase. There were a multitude of different companies in each glass cubicle. That is not what bothered me the most. What bothered me was that there was no one around, the lights were turned off in both 37 & 36, and the doors were locked. Since I was early, I decided to wait. Still no show. I called Ms Pierre's number and my call was automatically sent to the Turbo Tax help desk. After explaining my problem, they were able to contact Ms Pierre and stated that she would be contacting me soon. I received a voice mail from her about 30 minutes later stating that she had not been able to make our 11:15 A.M. appointment and had rescheduled it for 3/10 at 1 P.M.. Problem #1. My appointment today was for 12:15 P.M., not 11:15 A.M.. This is confirmed by the email that was sent to me the day before by Turbo Tax reminding me of the time and place of my appointment. Problem #2. You stated in your voice mail that we would meet at 1 P.M.. However, in your Turbo Tax email, the time is stated as 4 P.M. So, which is it? Are you sure you are comfortable working with numbers? Just to make sure there is no confusion, I wish to assure you that I will not be attending either one. I am a 74 year old widow and my taxes are not that difficult. I only wanted a professional's eye to prepare it because I sold the family home in 2025 that we had purchased in 1984. My experience has been anything but seamless and stress free. I wish you well in your chosen profession, and may God watch over the people who elect you to do their taxes.
