  I stopped by to transfer money from one account to another at a different bank... The agent did not know how to do this... I will now have to go to a different branch... Better training is needed here. My last visit to this location went well. I am not sure what has happened here...

  A young lady was trying to make a deposit before work. Gentleman teller asked Jo-ann to assist her because he was helping me. Jo-ann gave her deposit slips and told her to wait for the teller who clearly asked her to help. The young lady mentioned she was late for work. Jo-ann with a snarky tone told her the gentleman would assist her when he was done. She went to go sit back on her chair in the front to stare out the window. What the heck is wrong with that woman. I watched the whole thing happen. Unbelievable. Jo-ann needs to find a profession that does not involve people. She is very lazy and rude. She is the reason for the low reviews in this branch.
