And wait. Customer leaves and then the teller proceeds to let me know they don't do withdrawals. For what reason did you no tell me sooner?

- CGClaudio GonzalezNov 30, 20171.0I went in PNC bank at:1414 N Mills Ave Ste 190, Orlando, FL 32803 today because my friend needs change a check, the manager and a agent said, They can not pay the check because my friend doesn’t has a account with this bank and she would need to open an account to have the opportunity to change the check , of course we let these guys know we are really disappointed with this “bank policy” then I called the main customer service and they said they don’t have any “bank policy” like that and we had to go to other bank location where We didn’t has any problem to change the check. These people lied to force my friend to open a account. The behavior of these employees was unprofessional.
