  I went to PNC bank 12/3/25, All the staff was very very very nice, helpful and polite. It was a gentleman that works at PNC bank walking outside I said excuse me sir is there any where to park in he gave me great directions to where I can park and he was very helpful, nice and polite. As I walk inside of PNC bank there was three other staff stand at the front desk they were also nice, polite and helpful. I just want to say thank you all for the amazing customer service and for making me smile. God bless you all ❤️ 🙏🏾

  I was sent here by the N. Mills Ave. location (because that was a CASHLESS branch-let that sink in for a sec) to cash a check from my insurance company and they said and I quote, "We don't keep enough cash here to cover that." Excuse me, but what kind of cracker jack effing bank doesn't have enough cash to handle a check for a couple thousand dollars? Evidently, PNC, that's who! By far the worst bank that I've ever attempted to do business with.

  Poor customer service at this branch,not treated as a human. Came to this bank to inquire about specific charge on my account and Branch Manager Matt McGovern was not only rude but very dismissive. He definitely needs customer service skills. His voice was loud, he was unhelpful and showed no interest to help, he gave his point about the issue and basically was like being sarcastic and made it seem as it he was the one with the issue. I rarely do reviews in general but i had to give my feedback on the interaction with this branch manager. In NC I never had this issue with any PNC bank at all or even on the phone but just so happen on yesterday went into this branch and the first associate i spoke to she was great but when she went to him to see what he could do and he came to speak to me is when things went left. At this point im considering finding a whole new bank because whether who is right,wrong or indifferent as a company you are to remain professional and never rude, especially when the customer is asking questions and not rude.

  This bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I now have been sitting in it for 35 min with one other individual while there are two employees and no one has even tried to assist me yet. They do not know how to run a business and are continually jumping from task to task. Whenever they do finally assist me I will be asking to create a money for every cent I have and will NEVER use not only this branch but PNC ever again.
