I had to open up an estate account with PNC and had a great experience. I worked with Kissinger for more than a year during the entire process. He was able to answer and guide me through the entire process. If you need anything from this branch, I recommend Kissinger!

Come in to drop off a payment and have to sit down and wait for someone to take my payment as they no longer have any tellers or drive through while the greeter just sits there playing on tablet/phone. Why don’t they train the greeter to take payments instead of the customer waiting for over 20 minutes for them to come get the payment. The COVID pandemic ways of doing things are over. Poor customer service!

PNC is horrible.
They now have all of these service centers with no tellers, no cash transactions. They deny you banking transactions but still call it a bank? An utterly useless brick and mortar building with ppl that handle any online transaction you can do from home on your couch. In 10 years a robot will be doing their job for them.
I am so grateful i only have my mortgage with them and have no other interactions.that us far more than they deserve.

PNC is so complicate to work with. Their policies push us down; however, this branch there is a wonderful senior banker - Juliana Cannavan Hammack. We are speechless for her attendance and patience with us and most important with her bank - PNC that I believe it is not easy to work with. Thank you Juliana for all your support!

I have updated my review of this PNC branch over the years. Lately the service has, once again, not been stellar. If you are already with PNC Bank and are looking to conduct some business you can probably get it done here. If you are seeking a new bank altogether, I’d recommend keep looking. You can probably do better elsewhere. Sadly, PNC just isn’t customer friendly, both locally and from a corporate level.
