- POPat O6 days ago2.0I deposit into this Credit Union every month, for a client of mine. When I have been fortunate enough to deal with Patricia, my experience has been excellent. Sadly, the mature blonde woman who has assisted me for my last 3 or 4 deposits has provided a less than stellar experience, to say the least. I am rarely if ever greeted or invited to come to her window. When I get there, the feeling I get is distinctly that I am bothering her or she is having a bad day, or perhaps she just doesn't like me. Regardless, she is not an employee I would like to have representing me or my company to the public. I dislike coming to this branch to do business, and will probably choose to do business with a different employee when next I have to work with this establishment.

She was very professional and explained the pre approved loan process very well. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions.
