  I forgot the name of the woman in the counter who was pretty & looks like Katie Holmes. She was so nice and friendly to assist me & my husband on cashing the checks & withdrawing cash from our account. Then She noticed my last name on my debit card has not been updated to my Married Last Name. So she had Tommy to assist us on this. Tommy was suppose to be on lunch break but he was so nice to skip his lunch just to help us get a new debit card. And in approx. 15-20 minutes he gets the job done. This branch is so accommodating to all our banking needs. We would love to come back in this branch again. God bless everyone!

  This is the worst most racist bank ive ever encountered. I had a check that was a PNC check that came from JTA that they wouldnt cash out. Tommy the manager took one look at me and gave me some lame excuse like they couldnt verify that the check was good. Knowing this is from the biggest transportation company in Jacksonville. It was a work check at that . I will never go to that branch , also we ended our banking with PNC after that day. If this is how youbtreat people , im good . We withdrew thousands of dollars ended our relationship with PNC.
