- RRRassabossaNov 5, 20201.0I have been a customer of this bank for a very long time, since the State Employees days. I mostly bank online so their lack of locations didn't bother me too much. I came by this location to deposit some savings bonds into my account. NOPE. "Try a bank". I know credit unions are member-owned but if you do loans, have checking and savings accounts, have debit cards, etc. you are pretty much a bank. I will take their advice and go to a bank...and then close my account here. If you don't need a loan (they DO have good rates), it's not worth the hassle unless you live near a branch and don't ever move.
