Went by to use the ATM again out of service again this bank is total trash and garbage you can't keep your Atm machines working you want to charge for a damn receipt you people suck

Edit**** got a different teller today and he was very rude and irritating. Not friendly at all, rushed and rude. There was line and one lady just sat at her computer and didn’t at least acknowledge the line. Either way the one lady teller is wonderful, the guy not so much. 🙄

My father’s caretaker has been cashing the same check for six years and up until six months ago there was no issue. We have done everything asked as well as taking a man with dementia out in order to cash his check each month. The funny thing is we went to another branch and were treated with respect and given no issue... Please explain to me how this is not discriminatory!
