- TTToddApr 4, 20261.0My debt card expired. Did not recieve new one in mail as expected. Went into bank on Commecial blvd and there were 4 people working. Two were taking care on one person and me and another person waiting. Finally was called to replace card and was told I'd have to sit and wait for some one else to help me. Everyone was busy. I left with no card. They used to make one as I waited. I am very upset and can not believe that the customer care is so horrible. Manager lady was barking out orders while she stood behind counter and ask me if I had an appointment. I was a walk in. She should take a class in customer care.

- TNTea NungesterJan 2, 20261.0I came into close my account and wothdraw funds, as i was being helped by a banker the manager rudly walked in, didnt introduce herself until she asked if i wanted to sit down because i was standing. She tried to take over and handle a situation that was already done when the representative was already handling everything. Overrall her tone was unprofessional and she should introuduce herself before walking into another bankers office thats speaking with a client and just insert herself and doesnt know whats going on. Manny was excellent in handling my case with no issues or help
