She tried to take over and handle a situation that was already done when the representative was already handling everything. Overrall her tone was unprofessional and she should introuduce herself before walking into another bankers office thats speaking with a client and just insert herself and doesnt know whats going on. Manny was excellent in handling my case with no issues or help
