- LDLissette DominguezNov 17, 20251.0Honestly, this has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived at this PNC branch, no one attended to me at all. They just ignored me completely. They say you need an appointment, but the appointments are supposedly super long, and there were only two people sitting there in the whole place. Nobody could tell me when I’d actually be helped. I called their customer service line, and guess what? No one attended me there either. It’s honestly just disrespectful. Avoid this bank if you value your time and respect.

I show the customer service associate with PNC, where I canceled services but they would not stop the deductions. Not only did PNC assist in getting me a new card, they also got me my money back. I am so grateful. I went to 2 other well known banks that didn’t offer this courtesy. KUDOS TO YOUR BANK, job well done!
