- FSFrank SpeerFeb 10, 20263.0Bank has great inside customer service and the people are always pleasant and polite. However, they need to hire more staff, sometimes I wait for 20 minutes making deposits outside while there's a line inside and one teller working. That's just not good customer service, not a great business plan. I've been with PNC for 15 +years.

And sending text to my phone several times because your system keeps messing (not my issue) up. I think pnc has bottomed out!!!!

Karen told me I should’ve made an appt and made me wait outside for 18 mins before she called me back in all while the bank lobby remained empty. Clearly I was putting Karen out and she felt revengeful for me not scheduling. Needless to say, I never opened that acct. Highly recommend Space Coast CU;)
