- CCCurtisSep 25, 20251.0Honestly useless. They don't have a bad rating for no reason. Their tellers are inefficient and essentially unavailable. Sure it's their workday so they're in no rush, but should've been a 15 min errand took my entire afternoon. There were idiotic contractors screwing around and doing unnecessary repairs over the branch that made the whole environment even more hectic and inaccessible. Seriously - don't go here.

They are not friendly, they do not say hi, the employees act like they're in a forced labor camp. I just walked into deposit a check and I saw three employees and none of them acknowledged me. One time after a transaction I asked to use the restroom and she told me no. And then when I asked her again she said okay but we're really not supposed to. What kind of customer service is that

I Initially called to get a potential options before going into the branch. From beginning to end he was a professional, knowledgeable, on point, and recalibrated my opinion. Kudos for excellent customer service!
