  I can’t say enough good things about Cogent Bank. From the moment I opened my business accounts, I’ve been blown away by the level of professionalism, care, and genuine attention to detail this bank offers. The customer service team is phenomenal. Every interaction I’ve had, whether in person, over the phone, or online, has been met with courtesy, efficiency, and a real desire to help. The staff goes above and beyond to answer questions thoroughly, resolve issues promptly, and offer helpful insights tailored to your unique banking needs. They also make it incredibly easy to navigate between multiple accounts for multiple businesses, and also to have a remote deposit feature available so that I can make large deposits from my office rather than go in to the bank each time. If you're looking for a bank that combines modern tools with old-school customer service, I highly recommend Cogent Bank. They’ve earned my trust, my business, and my highest praise.
