  Not sure what her name is, so recommending her here will be hard, but she has brown hair and brown eyes. Somehow when I walk into the branch I'm always super stressed, but then she puts a smile on my face and I walk out happier than when I walked in. Maybe it's in how she presents herself and her professionalism. She usually works the far right teller. It's one reason I keep going back into the branch to make my deposits, because I'm always in a much better mood than when I walk in. Maybe it's life or the challenges with work. Thank you PNC! It's a pleasure doing business with you.

  This is the worse bank for not EVER answering the phone ive tried for over 2 hrs no one picks up this is just today not counting other days two weeks ago I finally got a person on phone left a message for certain person to call me never heard Anything ready to move to a different bank how sad

  while Judith is a wonderful individual, her hands are tied by the banks policies. AND THEY ARE HORRIBLE. The bank, as a corporation, fails in every aspect of customer service or considerations. They put their interest first, customer be dammed. Would not recommend.

  I made a mistake with my debit card and had some questions. I had a brief conversation with Raed Abuquta and he helped me with my mistake and showed my how I could strengthen my financial situation.I left there feeling like the bank valued me as a customer.
