- DRDavid RoellerOct 31, 20241.0Wish I could give it zero stars, because they don't deserve a one star rating. No worries, this bank will go belly up soon enough... So I go to this PNC Bank to cash a PNC Bank check. I do not have an account with them, and never would dream of it now (LOL). When I walk in, there are zero customers inside and three tellers behind the desk. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes until they acknowledged my existence. When the teller comes over she tells me that in order to cash their own check, they charge a 2% fee. For what you might ask? No idea. Likely to pay rent because they don't have any customers. The entire time I've been here, which includes writing this review in their parking lot, there has not been another single person come here. Anyway, they ask me for a second identification. I hand her my state issued Medical Marijuana Card, and she laughed in my face as if I handed her a note written from my mother... I would not recommend this bank to the person that almost killed me. It truly was a sad experience from a customer's perspective.
