- WSWayne SaundersJul 12, 20251.0This branch is pretty Ridiculous.... And PNC is my bank!... I was with compass bank for years and years. Then... without any warning..several years ago they switched to this PNC...(which I'd never heard of).. but because I'd been using Compass for so long,.i just hung in there. But now it's getting so bad with Customer service there at this Particular branch.... I'm switching to Wells Fargo very soon. I already have 2 accounts with them and I'm very satisfied. Another thing that i have a BIG Problem with is the fact that this branch is totally closed down on Saturdays! I have to drive to the Orange Park branch from south of 218/21 where i live to OP on Sat mornings. what bank is not open half a day on Saturdays? They can't last long at this rate. Sorry PNC... but I'm saying Adios!
