  Horrible customer service and complete unprofessional staff at this location. Yalyn and Marcos were unprofessional and improper while chit chit chatting about the check I was cashing out loudly with another customer. Yalyn was standing behind us with another customer explaining what we were doing at the ATM and the specific amount of the check while stating that’s why we were taking so long. She blamed the ATM speakers but her loud conversation with the customer had nothing to do with the speaker volume. This is unacceptable and unsafe and I will never use this bank nor this specific location ever again.

  These guys are awesome. New branch in my neighborhood with a great staff that will make you feel like a valued customer. I recommend them, they will spend time with you and fully engage in helping you understand your options with your financial needs. You may learn a few things from their knowledge as well.

  So glad to have a PNC near me now. This location is AMAZING!!! Great customer service and SPEEDY service! Love it!!! I wish they were here sooner!!!!
