  Horrible customer service and complete unprofessional staff at this location. Yalyn and Marcos were unprofessional and improper while chit chit chatting about the check I was cashing out loudly with another customer. Yalyn was standing behind us with another customer explaining what we were doing at the ATM and the specific amount of the check while stating that’s why we were taking so long. She blamed the ATM speakers but her loud conversation with the customer had nothing to do with the speaker volume. This is unacceptable and unsafe and I will never use this bank nor this specific location ever again.

  No tellers. The automated virtual teller was the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. A deposit that should have taken 3 minutes took more than 20 minutes. I needed to stand next to the entrance while holding my cash in hand as the machine spoke on speaker disclosing my personal information. Really unacceptable
