I also tried the PNC customer service number. Basically, since it wasn’t the run of the mill question, no one knew how to address it, and no one was willing to think outside the box to solve it. I’m so glad I was able to work with Greg at this branch. He took a time out of his day and worked like a detective to solve my issue. It was something I’ve been worrying about and stressing about for a long time and now it’s all taken care of. Thank you so much, Greg!

I use to bank at Wells Fargo but felt this bank lost its personal touch with its clients. The manager was a great help with all the paperwork, account info, and made me feel very welcomed. I've also have a personals account with them and have not been disappointed. I have never experienced any bad behaver with any of the bank staff.
