Today is just absolutely outrageous, I desposited a small $5K check (really not that large) from a different account of mine, and PNC bank decided to lock up the money and for "security reasons" or "verification reasons" not let me use my money, it will take days before I can. This is despite I've been with them for well over a decade as a customer! As I'm angrily writing this review I'm on hold now for over 2 hours with just about the most incompetent people on the phone who won't let me talk to a supervisor. This banking institution is not a professional one.
