  I had a very frustrating experience at this branch today. I made a cash deposit at the ATM around 5:35 PM EST, and the machine malfunctioned—it started glitching and did not process my deposit. When I checked my account, the transaction was not reflected in my balance or transaction history. Concerned about potential overdraft fees and my missing money, I went to the branch for help. Although the branch was closing, there were still employees inside. A man in a red shirt, who appeared to be a manager, came to the door. I explained the situation urgently, but he dismissed me and told me to call customer service. When I asked how customer service could help if the transaction wasn’t even showing in the system, he insisted they could “see it and reverse it,” which turned out to be incorrect. I called customer service immediately, and while the representative was kind and helpful, she confirmed they could not see any record of the transaction and that this issue should have been handled by the branch. She also mentioned the branch should review their ATM and security cameras to resolve the issue and filed a complaint on my behalf. It’s very disappointing that I was turned away without assistance, especially when this was clearly an ATM error at their location. The lack of accountability and poor customer service—particularly from someone who appeared to be in a management role—is unacceptable. He was instead in an office on his phone doing noting.

  Worst bank. Terrible customer service sorry, NO customer service. Made an appointment with Nancy and she was a NO show! Called to figure out what happened and she would not even get on the phone to apologize and send a message through another employee to tell me to call corp. I call corporate and the horrible customer service continues as I was hung up on twice after a 30min wait. Finally get someone and they mess up my new CD alone I have to once again call back to see what happened. Agent I spoke with put in a lower rate and didn’t tell me anything. I will be switching banks asap. Also just spoke with a supervisor named Pamela who basically called and agreed with me all this was a bad experience but yet she did nothing for me. I wanted to cancel my CD since I was given bad info however she declined. So I have to pay for PNC agents mistakes

  Sat in the drive-thru for 9 minutes as the only car and wasn’t acknowledged once. I even pressed the call button after 5 minutes. At 5:01 someone finally came to the window and told me they needed my ID to make a deposit. I explained I didn’t have my wallet with me (otherwise I would’ve just used the ATM) and that I had made a deposit earlier this week without needing ID. Instead of explaining the policy, the employee—who said she was the manager—was rude and dismissive. If this is the level of customer service from management, it’s no surprise ATMs and online banking are replacing people

  Marcus was very helpful in assisting me with a business account. I would recommend him to any business startup needing a bank account. Make sure to make an appointment because they stay busy.
