I guess she didn’t want to do her job because it was almost 5pm, I walked in at 4:45pm and was waiting for about 5 minutes because not 1 teller was at their station, after 5 minutes LISA came out and didn’t even help me! She was so rude I walked out, taking my business elsewhere!!!

I've had accounts here as well as my mother has had accounts here, and even my sister in the past. I had an account here when it was Fidelity Federal and that goes way back. Staff as charming and efficient, I wish the hours were a little longer but there must be a reason for it.
