She died in June and my brother, the estate executor, went to a Florida branch to get the money, but was told they won't give us her money until all three of us show up at a PNC branch together. One of the brothers lives 1,100 miles away from the other two so its quite an effort for us to meet at the same location. We received money from several other financial institutions months ago with no problems, but PNC bank is pathetic. Everyone should know about this before putting their money in this difficult to deal with bank.

The lady up front did ask why I was taking photos, and I told her it was for a review (so glad to see she is checking for suspicious activity). Leandro was the gentlemen who helped me and he was very nice. I didn't have to wait at all to deposit my money, and was in and out of the bank within 5 minutes.
