  Beware. !!!!!! This company will send an ATM card to your residential Mailbox, and then send the pin for that card in a separate mailing within 2 days. This is EVEN AFTER you request that it be sent to your local branch. If this seems to be a disastrous practice, it most certainly is. This review is not intended for my local branch, but instead for the decision-makers in Pittsburg. Please pass this on to them. I'm a small business owner in Keystone Heights, FL, and I was victimized ($14k) by a thief who was able to get both the card and the pin. This is not hearsay. My Sheriff's Department Financial Crime unit was able solve this crime within a few weeks (FL State Attorney 24CF080527AC - Clay County). The card was used many many times across 3 counties. Look at the photo attached. Would your bank flag and stop such repetitious withdrawals? Also note that there was probably not a single such use of an ATM card for cash in the past year for this account. None of this cash was recovered from the perps. As customers, we all lose from this disaster, along with PNC. What will it take to stop such a ridiculous mailing practice by PNC? My local branch and its management is excellent. It was a teller, Crystal, that finally froze that card after I reported that it had not arrived. What will it take to make this practice stop?

  Outstanding quality customer service and care - these are so important in the world and SO elusive. Kudos to Erica at PNC in Keystone Heights for going over the top with excellent CUSTOMER CARE. She walked me through every step (and more) of a transaction I was nervous about making. She explained until I understood, and she never lost patience with me. It's really all we have to do to make the world a better place, but so many out there just don't see it. ERICA SEES IT! Thank you Erica, for making me feel I have chosen the right bank.

  The switch to PNC has been nothing but issues. For one we couldn't access our online banking for 2 days. And for another while trying to cash a $20 check today at the bank we've been using for for over 10 years, the girl proceeds to tell me we need two forms of identification now. Excuse me why do I need two forms of identification no other banks do this. Ameris Bank is looking better and better!!

  The switch to PNC has been a horrible experience. My bbva card received funds (that it should NOT have been able to, since I had previously activated my NEW PNC card and was told it cancelled it automatically) and no one can help me or try to figure out where the funds are, nor can they help me cancel it or tell me if the check that the funds would cover will be denied or not. Thanks so much for this forced inconvenience to my life. I will be looking for a new bank.
