- MCMike CNov 20, 20191.0Pnc robs there customers. I had to ACH payments taking out of my account that I wasn’t aware, which took my account Into the negative. Instead of emailing me that day, PNC waited until the following day to email me, to let me know my account was put in the negative a day ago. They wait two days to email you so they can charge you insufficient fees and then notify you, instead of notifying me the day off, in which I would of happily put money in my account to avoid getting fees. PNC does this on purpose so they can hit you with service fees instead of notifying you so you can try to make t right. I will be closing my account and my friends and family members will be closing there accounts to and bringing our money elsewhere. I hope those service fees and your “policy’s” are worth losing customers. Maybe you’ll email someone the day off, not wait another day next time so you don’t have to steal your customers money
