- MMMichelle ModicaApr 15, 20261.0Called Bartram Oaks Branch 3 times from 9am to 12:00 pm, waited 10, 12 and 22 minutes each time for someone to answer before I hung up. Had to call their 1-800 to get a representative to transfer me to the branch, to finally have someone pick up. I then asked for a particular bankers direct number, and he said he didnt have it. Then said, well I guess I could get one of her business cards. Yah ya think? WOW! Thank God I dont bank here and that Im just trying to close out my deceased Fathers account, which I have a feeling the person Im dealing with has NO clue what shes doing. Good Luck!!!

There was an issue with the title transfer, so I stopped by the closest PNC branch (this one) to ask some questions. I was warmly greeted at the front door, and had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Stephen. I must say, Stephen provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced across any industry. He did his best to understand my situation and utilized all of the resources at his disposal to get me pointed in the right direction. If I banked with PNC, I would rest easy knowing that Stephen and the rest of the staff here at the Julington Creek branch were ready to assist me.
