  I do like banking with PNC over all. The banker at this location hustled me over signing up for credit cards. I did need one and so I signed up for 2. The limits were not set up how I needed them to be. And the most important card still wont show up. Ive had it sent out 2 different times. A banker from the other location (Shannon on edgewood) has been the only person attempting to help. 4 months later ive had to cancel the whole credit line which effects my credit. Massive waste of my time and harmful to my business. Makes me question keeping my money safe with PNC if something this trivial cant be taken care of

  I stopped in on January 22, 2026 to inquire and open a business checking account, I had $20,000 deposit and a cd maturing in March for $100,000. I spoke to Don. Don said he wasn't allowed to open business checking accts, He said that Ariel the Branch manager was in an all day meeting and that she was the only one who could open them. I was told that she would call me on Friday to set up and appt.I waited till 1 pm no call , I called at 2 and at 4pm, no return call. In the mean time I had a large commercial loan that I needed to talk about. I called again. nothing. I spent 30 years as a commercial banker and referred business like mine to bankers all of the time, I went to a competing bank and got what I needed that day with out any hassle. Here is the hard part to understand I had a business loan and deposit accts at PNC in Orlando Florida, my wife still has a personal acct, Do you think Im going to ever use this PNC bank??, no way, you lost my business. BRILLIANTLY BORING, not a good tag line, I do think your people are asleed at the wheel, you might want to check into this. Darren Oliverio, I left my contact info with Don Gripper your banker.

  Went to deposit my check at the atm and the deposit option was whited out.... I have tried to do the mobile deposit probably a million times and it will not accept it. It should not be this difficult to upload a check to my account. Now I have to leave work early or re-arrange my entire schedule to walk into the branch, wait in line and deposit my check like the 1900's. PNC.... I am looking into new banks you guys' suck.
