The merger was an absolute disaster, crazy fees, complete turn over of employees. We moved almost 20 accounts away to escape the absolute nightmare created by the new ownership.

Not only did the staff go out of their way to make sure we had a private room with our realtor and the notary; they also stayed past their closing time to make sure we had everything we needed from emails to fax machine without hesitation. We are so thankful, especially towards the Assistant VP Dawn McGovern. Two thumbs up!!
