I received a check written on PNC Bank so I went into the Regency Branch first they refused to cash a check written on their bank which is not a big deal a lot of banks have this practice. I asked to open an account and deposit the check into the bank account. I was told NO that I could not open an account what really? The rude lady with the thick accent never even looked at my ID or anything just a flat NO! Please PNC please send your rude and ridiculous employee over to VYStar for training on how to treat not just customers but people as people should be treated with human decency your employee should really be trained on how to speak with the public if you do not believe this encounter happened run your cameras back this was on Wednesday morning around 9:30 am

- APashik patelAug 21, 20171.0The lead teller "Meri" in this location is a completely disrespectful women, as well she is racist, my family has conducted business with now called BBVA Compass Bank, as previously known as Compass Bank in the past where we've always experienced great service but as soon as the switch in management occurred with "BBVA", I don't feel any sort of respect, in fact I feel insulted and don't feel welcomed to the branch anymore. The teller as well as Ms.Meri have made my operation of business insanely difficult.
