The people at corporate do not try to work with you at all my mother had just got out of the hospital for stroke and was having problems with the automatic answering system and the people only ask (what was the amount of money you spent at Walmart 3months ago) that Is the only way to verify who you are then we ask for someone else and they ask for her phone number (she didn't know it) I tried telling them but they wouldn't expect me telling them I had to be her (that can barely talk) so she'll be finding an actual bank with people that do their job and care

Horrible, horrible, horrible bank. The whole company and my individual bank branch. They don't take care of issues they promise to take care of. Instead I am told to go to the bank to take care of banking issues. When I get to the bank, I'm told they will take care of it, then as I walk out the door, my issue is filed in their round file cabinet and I go through the same thing again, and again. No one takes responsibility for follow up and someone else (another department) always needs to handle the issue. I am POA for one of their customers. It took them more than 3 months for them to enter the POA information into the account. They showed me how to deposit a check from a phone, but them then didn't add the option to the account. The account doesn't allow this type of deposit. I call the main customer service number and they tell me to go to the bank. I call the bank branch to see if it can get handled over the phone, they tell me to call the customer service number (who will tell me to go to the branch). Why wasn't this taken care of when I was at the bank 2 months ago, when they showed me how to do it????? Why can't I go into the account and add this myself???? Why must I always go through the bank, when they will never f/u on anything. Like I said, this is a horrible, horrible bank.
