  Every time I've been to this bank, I've been in and out very quick. The customer service experience is excellent and it's very neat and clean inside. I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Otherwise, they do everything else very well.

  Sad updated post: WOW WOW WOW I just found out that they FIRED the most dedicated, professional, courteous, energized woman, Susan! The Mandarin branch community will miss her, but First Florida DIDN’T deserve YOU. As for me I will never step foot in that obvious negative energy branch. Susan was the shining star of that branch. Upon sending an email regarding recognition of this employee and a private concern I had, I appreciated Brent calling me and agreeing that she does represent First Florida on the type of employee for there family atmosphere. At this time after almost 10 years with First Florida I would like to tell you one of the main reasons my husband and I have banked at the Mandarin Branch. Almost 6 years ago a teller name Susan made my husband and I feel like family. We know when we come in we are going to greeted with the most infectious and genuine employee at this location. It is so apparent that Susan loves her job and customers. I love when I am in the lobby being helped by her and another customer will walks in and she immediately addresses them by name and with that same enthusiasm. I am confident if First Florida were to do a survey inquiring as to Susan’s performance I can’t imagine one negative thing that would be said. She is always prompting and informing us of the newest products and rates. That has led us to using First Florida over the years for 3 car loans and all of our other banking needs. My mother was a member for over 15 years as well before her passing several years ago. Susan was so compassionate towards my mother and I in this uncharted territory we were approaching and guided us through the upcoming necessary things to do upon her passing. That meant so much to my family. It was not hard to form a personal relationship with Susan over the years which lead us to sharing our family happenings and life’s craziness. I always felt happier after interacting with her and the tone of my day was set.

  Always helpful and friendly staff. And this branch open on Saturday too that's good.

  Always helpful staff. Rarely a line, and the attention given to members is exceptional. There is an indoor and exterior automated teller as well as a drive-through on the side of the building. Competitive rates for consumers without all the bank fees.
