- DSDavante SniderDec 19, 20251.0I was looking forward to growing with this credit union. Unfortunately, I closed my account. I payed off my auto loan early and due to an error that was made by member service Rep Amber, that error caused me to lose around $500. There was no empathy shown by her, she was just transactional. I appreciate the other member specialist who was very empathetic and the branch manager who was apologetic for trying to make the situation better. However, I lost those funds. Be sure to ask for a print out of documents at this branch. Moving forward I now have to ask to have important processes double checked by another rep to ensure it aligns with my conversation and requests.
