Instead of helping with my current account concern, she focused on unrelated questions from last year. Her attitude lacked patience and empathy, especially during a difficult time for me. I would appreciate it if someone could please speak with her about how she communicates with customers.

Be warned that this service will not get me or my company to return! Very poor customer service, support or business to business aspects. Zero stars would have been a better option, but they proceeded to make wrongful assumption about my company and don’t care at all about our purpose…so like she did —->don’t bother to read the fine print because they only want your money! 💰 🛑 don’t open any accounts that will jeopardize your $!
