- JSJennifer SSep 29, 20251.0One of the worst banking institutions I have ever, ever had the privilege of knowing. The tellers don’t know what’s going on always has to go. Ask a supervisor because they don’t know how to actually do their job. You set up auto pay and they don’t even come out on the right date and then if you even slightly get behind they take your money before you even hit the account. DO NOT BANK with this bank!!! Update: everything is paid up except for one day and they just took my access to using my debit card for being two months past due. God forbid you lose a job because don’t bank here they won’t help you. They just keep adding the courtesy fees and putting your money, where they please if there was a rating lower than one star, I would give it. -5 stars don’t ever bank with them because they just keep saying it’s policy it’s policy. And their promise to help if you call is just give us money or else.

" WE CAN'T COUNT BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE TIME") literally what the manager said at 1:40 pm , when the bank was completely empty . is horrible management the manager Cori is very pathetic not professional, neither polite , it doesn't have manners and they don't know what they're doing. This bank is always empty for a reason. As same These people (tellers ) don't strive to gain your trust they don't care as simple as that. IF THE MANAGER DOESN'T CARE WHO CARES RIGHT? , THAT'S WHY THIS PLACE ON THAT ENVIRONMENT COMPLETELY TRASH.
- RRR RMar 1, 20243.0Beware if you're trying to pay off a credit card. Evidently, they don't honor the payoff amount they quote you. Today, I'm told there is still $13+ after paying the card off. Too, if charges are pending and you want to pay those charges off early, they won't accept a payment. VyStar, is way ahead of that bunch! Update, they took the $13+ off the card only because, I made a stink about it. Look, I was in business for 37 years and found out fast, it's better to walk away from $5, $10, $15, than lose thousands from a customer. I do appreciate First Florida taking it off the card.
