I love my bank since switching over from VyStar CU, so this is out of pocket for them. Thanks for your help Andrew, but maybe try being a little kinder to your members. I did nothing to you. Your role involves customer service whether you like it or not. If I get this guy again, I’ll hang up and call back. I will not be talked down to again.
- RLRichard LyonsJan 6, 20264.0Sometimes the Mandarin branch is understaffed and it can take approximately 20-30 minutes, just to make a deposit or get service. The Staff is somewhat friendly, but I realize it’s not their fault that they are short staffed..
- BBB BarnesDec 8, 20251.0I called today at 11:45 am the first rep gave me her name and transferred me over to the department that could assist me but the whole time I was on hold the phone kept cutting out choppy. The next rep came on the phone and as I was explaining to her that there is a connection problem the rep stated "well I can hear you." I just was letting her know what I was hearing was coming in choppy and she disconnected the call on me. Need to work customer service and rude employees if you don't like your job fine a new but you never know who you are talking to on the other end and rudeness will not be tolerated and I will never do business with a company like this first impressions matter. Also I did call back and the next rep was very professional. So that bad apple rep needs to have some coaching since it's not all of the rep there but she ruined it for your company sine that was my first impression.
