- SGshuwan goodmanJul 26, 20231.0I came in to cash a check, that one of their account holders gave me and was treated like I stole the check. BOA, Wells Fargo nor VyStar makes a copy of their non account holders ID. The bank refused to cash it and said they can only give me a cashier check. When I asked her why she said we just have to. When asked can I see it in your policy or can you show me on your website, I was told its just their policy. Then they said well we have to call to verify the check. I'm 100% sure if I was a white female, (which one came in different world) they would have cashed my check and not treated me like I didn't have any rights to the check.
