  The tellers are average. The office/desk workers... I think they refer to them as "bankers," are the worst. And, that goes across most all PNC locations. Anyway, the little guy that came out from his office to get me from the waiting room has some mental health issues. I can't remember his name but it was maybe Napoleon or something or something like that. He's 'lowering' the level of service and satisfaction. He never once looked 'up' at me in the eye. His demeanor was 'short.' He interrupted me every time I began to speak. He is one of those employees that you wonder how in the world he ever got the job. Thankfully, I don't have to see a "banker" more than once or twice a year.

  Been to this branch twice and both times very poor customer service. First time the woman asked if we had an appointment to set up a personal account. The place was empty. Last week I scheduled two appointments to set up two business accounts. I even got call from Stephanie to ask why there were two appointments. Had to set up the appointments through the "business" section on the internet and had to include the business names of each. After arriving and waiting 10 minutes to see Stephanie she informed us that she isn't able to set up business accounts. When I told her that I had scheduled a business account setup and even spoken to her about the business account setup she said "No you didn't". Then offered to set up another appointment next week with the right person. I'll take my business elsewhere.
